tuesday was really a busy day.
Renice, gaomin, calean and i had a meeting at kap at 8 to discuss about guides camp. metamorphosis 'o6! 发现。改变。实现。hahaha. :D
we did the patrol allocation and brainstorm about the camp theme. at first we thought of rock as the camp theme. hahahah! ROCK '06! :P
at 10, renice gaomin and i took a bus down to jurong point to meet minxuan and yanqi to buy some stuff for the bbq later at minx house. minxuan and yanqi had to buy the movie tickets before that.
minxuan: 19 death note tickets.
person at the ticketing booth: 19? one nine?
minxuan: yeah
person: that's a lot of money you know.
minxuan: (gave the person $200)
person: woah.
hahahah. :) this is the first time i watch a movie with so many people as well.
then we went to minx house to put the stuff. while they prepare to go watch death note at jp, renice and i went back to my house. because she wanted to change out of her tight shirt. hahaha. so i lent her my class t.
met the rest at the cinema. death note was really nice! there's quite a lot of hidden messages in the movie. should try to go watch it if you haven't. :D
how can someone be so smart like L and light and the lady who worked for L? but light was too cruel to kill her girlfriend just like that. ryuk is very cute! hahah. looking forward to the second part. :]
after the movie was the bbq at minx house! stella's curry was really nice! she can cook. hahah. though she sacrifice one electric kettle. hahaha. but not her fault lah. she didnt know that it is an electric one and went to put it over the fire. in the end, the whole kettle burnt and the whole kitchen smell of burnt metal. hahaha.
but the guides and elaine were outside trying to start the fire. i don't know what was the problem. the fire starters or the charcoal or the wind. it just wouldnt catch fire. we spend like 1 hr but to no avail. luckily eileen's dad came and helped us. :)
the food was very nice! though i also had bbq for the past 2 days. :O i love the cheese prawns! next time i must prepare that for bbq! hahaha. mozzarella cheese. yum! hahah. :D
we ordered 100 chicken wings so everyone was trying to finish them. but we still have around 20 ones left. i like to bbq the chicken wings though some parts were uncooked. hahah.
so far this can be the most successful class outing i ever had. only around 7 could not make it. you feel very good when you see the whole class working hard trying to prepare, some were busy cooking the curry, some trying to settle the fire, some preparing the bbq food, some bbq-ing and some trying to eat up all the food. hahaha. especially when everyone was snatching to do the work and telling the others to go eat. :) hahah.
305 is really a wonderful class. you guys are awesome!
when i was elected to be the monitress, the first thought i had was "ohman. i bet i'll have a hard time getting the class together, to do surveys, have class meetings etc etc."
i was touched when you all thank me during level closure. :) and quite shocked. hahaha. but actually, i didn't do a lot of work. 305 is a very cooperative and bonded class. i guess the reason is because we always watch videos together. we have a lot of things in common. hahah. so my job was quite easy. yanqi helped a lot as well in class matters like fff. oh. and she will never forget to return the class keys, whereas i am the one who always forget. :/ hahah. and also eileen our only councillor in class who will always remind the class not to eat in class and remind me about the meetings during recess and lunch. :O
so thank you 305.
i'm glad and proud to say that i am a part of 305 '06! :D

Most of the post-exams activities are quite boring. :/
Moreover, they don't allow to do this do that but at some times, we really don't have anything to do. :x and i cannot imagine we got scolded because our SIAs are not being exhibited.
But i enjoyed the talk by evelyn on genocide. I was glad that i chose that talk. :D
She's a good speaker. Though i was quite disturbed by the information and content, i suddenly feel very happy that i can go to Bangalore in november to do some CIP, even though half of the trip will be exchange programmes.
My parents are still not very happy that i insisted in going there. hahah, especially my mum. everytime i explained the conditions at Bangalore or the things we will be doing, she will go "你看，谁叫你选这个" she had said this at least 5 times already. hahaha. :P
We have been busy preparing for the trip lately. Making props for cultural performance, teaching materials, visual aids, packing etc. the packing was cool. hahah. there were so many bags of donated items! and we finished sorting them out very quickly. hahah. we are efficient girls. hahaha. :D
Yesterday was flag day. so tiring. my legs were aching after the whole day of standing and walking.
ok. then there was inter-class volleyball tounaments. so sad 305 didnt get anything for plate. hahah. some of the classes are really pro. but it was fun. :]
sec 4 graduation was so boring. i'm so sorry that i was not paying attention. :/ but it's really.. speeches after speeches. and so many awards. but i clapped! hahaha. yiling, renice yujie and i were all playing guessing games and talking and laughing lah. hahaha. :D
